Approach:
Managed a year-long social media content calendar in Google Sheets, scheduling 14 platform-optimized TikToks per week (2 daily) through TikTok Studio
Developed short-form video content pillars, including employee-led quiz gameplay, Wikipedia hunts, original trivia concepts, and trend-driven content
Led and coordinated a team of four internal content creators, while also serving as on-camera talent to produce consistent, personality-driven content
Oversaw daily community management for a 39K+ TikTok audience, responding to comments and DMs while proactively engaging with users to strengthen brand affinity
Results:
Increased engagement rate by 4% year-over-year, while averaging 5K views per post across 436 videos and generating 2.2M total organic views
Sporcle Quizzes
A core aspect of Sporcle's identity is its website. Through social media, my primary goal was to drive website traffic and engagement. To achieve this goal, I launched a TikTok series featuring Sporcle employees playing quizzes to highlight the site’s entertaining and interactive experience.
